Full service Social Media and Digital Coordination to manage your business’ online presence.

-Social page set up for Facebook and Instagram (business account), and one other platform*, plus Google My Business profile set up and maintenance

-Ongoing social content calendar implemented with up to 14 permanent posts per week across all social platforms excluding your Instagram Reels

-Fortnightly Instagram Reels – content created, edited and delivered once per fortnight to your Instagram page at a scheduled peak time

-Local Listings – One post per week is shared into up to 5 relevant Community Groups on Facebook

-Includes moderation of comments on these Group posts (see Local Listings for all inclusions)

-Ongoing engagement and hashtag analysis to ensure posts are live in peak times and reaching a maximum potential audience

-Up to 10 hours of onsite content creation per month through professional photoshoots, iPhone photography and videography, and all content editing

-Full service page management and engagement assistance – ensuring all reviews, comments and queries are addressed or redirected to appropriate channels within 12 hours of submission

-Engaging with follower and customer content; handling all requests to repost content and actioning at appropriate times, and encouraging customer content submissions

-Responding to and managing reviews on two external sites eg, AirBNB, True Local etc.

-Designated Google Drive folder for content

-Monthly Statistics Wrap ups and performance analysis
